“Sushi Lab. by Sumaya” have held at Itoya hotel.
It was the first time the experience was held at a hotel.
Itoya hotel is a 5 minute walk from Shijo station.

Itoya Hotel is operated by Kyoto Itobun, a yarn processing company that has been in business for about 150 years.
They experienced making sushi in a lounge space with a calm atmosphere.
They were divided into separate tables and experienced making sushi.
This class, There were eleven people from Germany.
When they were making vinegar rice(sushi rice), mix rice and vinegar, and cooldown with fun all together. They looked very happy.
They tasted “Dashi” that tasted unique to Japan and made three types of sushi: Nigiri, Temari and Temaki(hand roll).
