Sushi Lab.では、世界中から訪れる観光客の方々に、お寿司の歴史や握り体験を提供するワークショップを開催しています。

語学力を活かしたい方、日本の伝統文化を世界に発信したい方、私たちと一緒にゲストの旅行の思い出になる体験を作りませんか？

■ 業務内容

1. お寿司握り体験の運営・実施

（まずは先輩のアシスタントからスタート。経験を重ねながら、将来的にはインストラクターとしてワークショップ全体の運営をお任せします！）

2. 集客などの広報活動、体験内容のブラッシュアップ（企画・提案）

（「もっとこうしたらゲストが喜ぶかも！」というアイデアは大歓迎。SNSなどを使った広報や、プログラムの改善にも携わっていただけます）

■ 求める人物像

・日常会話程度以上の英語が話せる方（海外ゲストとのコミュニケーションが中心です）

・日本食文化を海外の方に広めたいという熱意のある方

■ 歓迎する経験（必須ではありません！）

・観光ガイドの経験がある方（お持ちのスキルを存分に活かせる環境です）

・お寿司握り以外でも料理教室運営経験のある方

[Job Opening] Share Japanese Food Culture with the World! Sushi Making Experience Instructors & Staff Wanted!

At Sushi Lab., we host hands-on workshops for tourists from all over the world, teaching them the history of sushi and the sushi making. Are you looking to utilize your English skills? Do you want to share traditional Japanese culture with the world? Join our team and help create unforgettable travel memories for our international guests!

■ Key Responsibilities

• Leading & Managing Sushi Making Workshops (You will start as an assistant working alongside senior staff. As you gain experience, you will step up to become a main instructor and manage the workshops independently!)

• Marketing, PR & Program Improvement (Planning & Proposals) (We welcome proactive ideas like, "Our guests would love this!" You will be involved in social media marketing, PR activities, and updating our experience programs.)

  
  

■ Qualifications & Requirements

• Conversational English or above (Communication with international guests will be your main duty.)

• A strong passion for sharing Japanese culinary culture with people from overseas.

  
  

■ Preferred Experience (Not Required!)

• Experience as a tour guide (A great opportunity to fully utilize your skills!)

• Experience running any kind of cooking class (not limited to sushi making).
